[Croyez Bioscience] Firefly Luc mRNA (m1 ψ substitution)
Description
Croyez Firefly Luciferase mRNA (Cap 1, N1-mψ)는 반딧불이에서 유래한 루시퍼레이스 단백질을 발현합니다. 이 효소는 ATP 의존적으로 D-luciferin의 산화를 촉진하며, 그 결과 생성된 oxyluciferin이 바닥상태(ground state)로 돌아가는 과정에서 빛을 방출합니다.
생물발광 리포터(bioluminescent reporter)로 널리 사용되는 Croyez Firefly Luciferase mRNA는 1 mg/mL 농도로 공급되며, Cap 1 구조, poly A tail 및 변형 뉴클레오타이드(modified nucleotides)를 포함합니다. Cap 1 구조는 효율적인 mRNA 번역을 지원하며, N1-mψ와 poly A tail은 숙주 세포의 면역 반응을 최소화하고 mRNA 안정성을 향상시킵니다.
Croyez Firefly Luciferase mRNA는 유전자 발현 분석(gene expression assays), 세포 생존율 연구(cell viability studies) 및 생체 내 이미징(in vivo imaging) 등 다양한 연구에 적합하며, 유전자 조절 연구에서 효과적이고 폭넓게 활용할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.
